- Orders are usually fulfilled and dispatched on the same day. You will receive a notification about dispatched order and the tracking number to your email.
- Make sure to provide a valid phone number when placing the order - it may be used by the delivery company to contact you.
- If delivery method is the parcel locker, you must pick it up no later than 7 days after delivery notification, otherwise it will be returned to us.
My parcel is damaged, what should I do?
If it is a parcel locker delivery, take photos and contact us.
If it is a courier delivery: in presence of the courier, provide him a written complaint, take photos or refuse to accept the package. In any case, do contact us.
